Produktbeschreibung

The ISRE Leeporter(TM) Luciferase Reporter cell line is a stably transfected HEK293 cell line which expresses Renilla luciferase reporter gene under the transcriptional control of the Interferon-Stimulated Response Element (ISRE). Activation of the reporter cell line triggers phosphorylation of interferon regulatory factors (IRFs). The phosphorylated IRFs can then translocate to the nucleus, bind to ISRE, and lead to the Renilla luciferase reporter protein expression. Functional activity of the cell line has been validated by IFN-alpha (Figure 1).
