Fibroblast growth factor 4 (FGF4) is a multipotent growth factor and is highly expressed in various human cancers. In lung adenocarcinoma (ADC) cell lines, FGF4 could alter cell morphology, promote epithelialmesenchymal transitionassociated protein expression, and enhance cell proliferation, migration/invasion and colony initiation. In Bcell lymphoma, FGF4 secretion by cancer cells induces Jag1 expression in neighbor Endothelial cell that in turn activates Notch2 in lymphoma cells. - Proteine/Peptide
