AntiSARSCoV2 Nucleocapsid Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (AS46) (NUNS46) was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified recombinant SARSCoV2 Nucleocapsid protein. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography. As verified by binding test with NNTD (Cat.No. NUNC5143) and NCTD (Cat.No. NUNC5145) protein, this antibody can only bind to NNTD (AA Gly 44 Glu 174). - Antikörper
