Anwendungsbeschreibung

• Application Verdünnung: For immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50.
• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Application Notes: IF: fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS optionally followed by methanol/aceton fixation (Ref 2-7) FC: 1 ug per 1 x 106 cells FS: injection of 1ug into lumen of seminiferous tubules (Ref 7) IA: Indirect ELISA on 0.5µg/ml mouse nectin-3 coated per well. Positive signal with 2µg/ml antibody. IF: Cells are fixed in 2 % paraformaldehyde in PBS, optionally followed by methanol/aceton fixation (Ref 1-6) IP: 1-2 ug per 100-500 ug of total protein (1 ml of cell lysate)
