Elisa plates were added with Flag Tag CD20-Nanodisc (0.2 µg/per well) on an anti-Flag monoclonal antibody pre-coated (0.5 µg/per well) plate. Serial diluted anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody (orb1743392) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody binding with CD20-Nanodisc is 514.4 ng/ml.
