Serial diluted anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody (orb1743392) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody binding with CD20-Nanodisc is 514.4 ng/ml.
