Produktbeschreibung

Diphenyl (2-6-diaminohexaonate-O,N)-borane is a more potent analog of 2-aminoethyldiphenyl borinate (2-APB), a known IP3 receptor inhibitor which can regulate IP3-induced calcium release. Diphenyl (2,6-diaminohexaonate-O, N)-borane (compound 911 in Ozaki et al.) has an IC50 = 0.2mM as measured by Store-Operated Calcium Entry (SOCE) and IP3 Induced Calcium Release (IICR) assays.
