• Anwendungsbeschreibung: TLCK is an irreversible inhibitor of trypsin and trypsin-like serine proteases.1 Has been used to inhibit proteases in protein purification protocols.2 Blocks LPS- or cytokine-induced NF-kappaB activation.3 Inhibits caspase processing, blocks apoptosis. Inhibits in vitro immortalization of primary human keratinocytes by HPV-18DNA.4 Active in vitro and in vivo.
