Anwendungsbeschreibung

• Anwendungsbeschreibung: EVT0185 is an orally bioavailable ACLY (ATP citrate lyase) inhibitor (IC50 = 460 nM). It is converted to its active CoA thioester form in hepatocytes. Unlike bempedoic acid, EVT0185 inhibits AMPKß and also inhibits ACC1, ACC2, and ACSS2. It reduced tumor burden and synergized with lenvatinib, anti-PDL1, and VEGFR antibodies in multiple MASH-hepatocellular carcinoma mouse models. EVT0185 enhanced tumor immunogenicity via promotion of tumor-infiltrating B cells.
