• Anwendungsbeschreibung: LB244 is a potent (EC50 = 800 nM THP1 cells) and irreversible STING antagonist with markedly enhanced proteome-wide selectivity compared to parent compound BB-Cl-amidine. Potently inhibits STING signaling in vitro in both mouse and human cells and in vivo when formulated in 20% DMSO.
