• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Clonixeril is an ultra-potent antagonist of human STING. It acts as a STING agonist at micromolar concentrations but is an antagonist in the 1 nM to 100 aM range in THP-1 cells. Its antagonistic behavior occurs via modulation of STING oligomerization.
