• Anwendungsbeschreibung: RGN6024 is an orally bioavailable and brain-penetrant tubulin destabilizer. It inhibits microtubule polymerization by binding to the colchicine binding site of ß-tubulin. Active in glioblastoma cell lines with nanomolar potency. RGN6024 was active in vivo in temozolomide-resistant LN-18 and BT142 glioblastoma xenograft models.
