• Anwendungsbeschreibung: UR214-9 is an analog of Forchlorfenuron that was found to reduce HER2 and human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) levels and showed cytotoxicity against endometrial cancer via septin inhibition.1,2 It reduced ocular hypertension via disruption of the septin filament assembly in mice.3 UR214-9 induced mitochondrial fragmentation in macrophages in zebrafish larvae without altering mitochondrial mass leading to lytic cell death.4
