• Anwendungsbeschreibung: METTL16 degrader 15a is an RNA methyltransferase methyltransferase like protein 16 (METTL16) degrader. It reduced METTL16 protein levels and modulated the PI3K/AKT pathway. 15a inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells and induced apoptosis in vitro. It also inhibited the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma xenografts in mice.
