• Anwendungsbeschreibung: DC-Y13-27 is an inhibitor (IC50 = 21.8 µM) of the RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) reader YTHDF2.1 It significantly enhanced tumor growth inhibition in MC38 murine models in conjunction with radiotherapy and/or anti-PD-L1 therapy via an increase in the number of CD8+ T cells.
