• Anwendungsbeschreibung: DC2-C1 is a potent (IC50 = 168 nM) inhibitor of the RNA N6-methyladenosine reader YTHDC2. YTHDC2 can act as both a tumor suppressor and oncogene as well as being involved in metabolic regulation. DC2-C1 is selective for YTHDC2 over other YTH-domain proteins. Cell permeable.
