Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATP citrate lyase antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX112387) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ATP citrate lyase antibody [N1N2], N-term detects ATP citrate lyase protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: ATP citrate lyase protein stained by ATP citrate lyase antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX112387) diluted at 1:500.
