D-65476 is an inhibitor of type III receptor tyrosine kinase (Flt3). In the absence of IL-3, D-65476 inhibits the proliferation of TEL-Flt3 transfected BA/F3 cells (IC50= 0.2 µM), which can be used in the study of Flt3-driven leukemia[1].
