BRD1172 (ML320) is a selectivity GSK3beta inhibitor with an IC50 of 24 nM for GSK3beta over CDK5. BRD1172 significantly inhibits GSK3beta-mediated Tau phosphorylation in SH-SY5Y cells, and relieves negative regulation by GSK3beta on beta-catenin degradation and TCF/LEF promoter activities. BRD1172 can be used for Alzheimers disease, cardiac hypertrophy and cancers research[1].
