PSB-KK1415 acts as a weak partial agonist of human cannabinoid receptor 1 and 2, with Ki values of 1.18 µM and 0.481 µM, respectively. PSB-KK1415 activates human and murine GPR18, thereby inducing beta-arrestin recruitment. PSB-KK1415 reduces weight gain, induces gastrointestinal disorders and exhibits anorectic activity.
