AB25583 is a Poltheta helicase (Poltheta-hel) small molecule inhibitor, with an IC50 value of 6 nM. AB25583 selectively kills BRCA1/2 deficient cells and works in synergy with Olaparib (HY-10162) in cancer cells carrying pathogenic BRCA1/2 mutations. AB25583 can be used for tumor research[1].
