PD-1/PD-L1-IN-51 (Compound III-4) is a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor (IC50: 2.9 nM for hPD-L1). PD-1/PD-L1-IN-51 directly binds to PD-L1 to block the interaction between PD-1/PD-L1 and enhances IFN-gamma release. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-51 has tumor inhibitory activity[1].
