LDHA-IN-9 (Compound 1g) is an inhibitor for LDH-A with an IC50 of 25 nM. LDHA-IN-9 inhibits the proliferation of DLD-1 cell (GI50 of 27 µM) through apoptosis induction. LDHA-IN-9 exhibits antitumor activity in mouse model without significant toxicity (25 mg/kg)[1].
