DCEM1 directly impairs mitochondrial function and downregulates beta-catenin/c-Myc signaling, thereby reversing chemoresistance in cells. DCEM1 can be used for research on neuroendocrine prostate cancer and castration-resistant neuroendocrine prostate cancer[1].
