BRD6257 is a selective, orally active PPM1D inhibitor with an IC50 of 5 nM. BRD6257 increases the phosphorylation level of CHK2, activates the TP53 pathway by elevating p21 levels, and reduces the survival rate of wild-type TP53 cancer cells. BRD6257 can be used in leukemia research[1].
