CB039 is a selective a molecular glue degrader that targets RBM39 (RNA-binding protein 39). CB039 promotes the formation of a ternary complex between RBM39 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase CUL4-DCAF15, leading to proteasomal degradation of RBM39. CB039 is promising for research of cancers with RBM39 dependency, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and ovarian cancer[1].
