MPO-IN-9 inhibits MPO-mediated ROS production and protects NO-dependent vascular function by blocking MPOs chlorination and peroxidation cycles. MPO-IN-9 can be used for the study of diseases such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)[1].
