Acalabrutinib (Calquence) maleate is an orally active, irreversible, and highly selective second-generation BTK inhibitor. Acalabrutinib binds covalently to Cys481 in the ATP-binding pocket of BTK. Acalabrutinib maleate demonstrates potent on-target effects and efficacy in mouse models of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Acalabrutinib maleate can be used for CLL research[1][2]. Acalabrutinib maleate is a click chemistry reagent, which contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
