Mol4 induces mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization (MOMP) and cytochrome c release, showing significant antiproliferative activity against glioblastoma (U87-MG) cell lines. Mol4 is promising for research of BCL-2-dependent tumors (e.g., chronic lymphocytic leukemia)[1].
