LAG-3-IN-1 (Compound 11) is a LAG-3 inhibitor with a KD of 0.41 µM. LAG-3-IN-1 disrupts the LAG-3/MHCII interaction, enhances IFN-gamma secretion and promotes tumor cell killing in cocultures of PBMCs and cancer cells. LAG-3-IN-1 can be used for cancers like ovarian cancer, colon adenocarcinoma and melanoma research[1].
