Nav1.2-IN-2 (Compound 1) is a Nav1.2 inhibitor with an IC50 for inactivating Nav1.2 of 0.18 µM. Nav1.2-IN-2 can effectively suppress the amplitude and frequency of spontaneous synchronous calcium oscillations (SCOs), with IC50 values of 0.38 µM and 0.88 µM respectively. Nav1.2-IN-2 inhibits Ca2+ influx induced by Veratridine (HY-N6691), with an IC50 of 1.89 µM. Nav1.2-IN-2 can be used for the study of diseases such as epilepsy[1].
