ZD-1-186 is a nondegradative molecular glue that potently suppresses MYC and robustly induces CDKN1A (p21) in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells. ZD-1-186 brings together BCL6 with BRD9, a noncanonical BAF complex bromodomain protein implicated in maintaining MYC transcriptional output in specific lymphoma contexts. ZD-1-186 can be used for targeted transcriptional rewiring research[1].
