PROTAC HDAC3 degrader-1 promotes apoptosis, induces DNA damage, and downregulates anti-apoptotic proteins Mcl-1 and Bcl-xL. PROTAC HDAC3 degrader-1 can be used for the research of acute myeloid leukemia[1].
