FXR/HSD17B13-modulator-2 is a highly selective, orally active FXR agonist and HSD17B13 inhibitor, with an EC50 of 128 nM for FXR and an IC50 of 0.18 µM for HSD17B13. FXR/HSD17B13-modulator-2 improves fatty liver, regulates lipid metabolism, reduces inflammation and alleviates liver fibrosis. FXR/HSD17B13-modulator-2 can be used for the research of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis[1].
