Produktbeschreibung

TTFB is a selective, non-competitive zinc-activated channel (ZAC) antagonist. TTFB inhibits Zn- and H-induced ZAC currents with IC50 values of 3 µM and 8.5 µM, respectively, and shows an IC50 of 4.7 µM against spontaneous activity. TTFB exhibits no significant agonistic, antagonistic or modulatory activity towards representative members of classical Cys-loop receptors, including m5-HT3AR, halpha3beta4 nAChR, halpha1beta2gamma2S GABAAR and halpha1 GlyR. TTFB can be used to investigate the physiological and pathological functions of ZAC[1].
