MXRA8 is a transmembrane protein that complexly regulates signaling pathways likely by interacting with the integrin ITGAV:ITGB3. It mediates heterophil-cell interactions, inhibits osteoclastogenesis through TNFSF11/RANKL and CSF1, and inhibits VEGF-induced activation of AKT and p38 MAP kinase. MXRA8 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived MXRA8 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
