PRN100 is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody against cellular prion protein (PrPᶜ), belonging to the IgG4kappa isotype. By binding to and stabilizing cellular prion protein, PRN100 is designed to prevent cellular prion protein from being recruited and converted into pathogenic, self-propagating prion (PrPˢᶜ) aggregates. PRN100 can be used for the study of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
