PRN100 is a fully humanized anti-prion protein (PrPᶜ) monoclonal antibody belonging to the IgG4kappa isotype. By binding to and stabilizing cellular prion protein, PRN100 aims to prevent the recruitment and conversion of cellular prion protein into pathogenic, self-propagating prion (PrPˢᶜ) aggregates. PRN100 can be used for the research of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
