The genetically encoded Upward cADDis biosensor increases in fluorescence as intracellular cAMP levels rise, enabling real-time insight into GPCR activation and cAMP signaling. Delivered via Montana Moleculars Big Sky BacMam vector with high transduction efficiency across cell lines, primary cultures, and iPSCs. Ideal for GPCR compound characterization, MOA studies, signal duration analyses, and other live cell cAMP assays. The 5 mL volume supports 4-5 plates of experiments when used with HEK293T cells and is compatible with standard green fluorescence detection on plate readers or microscopes.
