Ideal for GPCR compound characterization, MOA studies, signal duration analyses, and other live cell cAMP assays. The 5 mL volume supports 4-5 plates of experiments when used with HEK293T cells and is compatible with standard green fluorescence detection on plate readers or microscopes.
