Rockland Goat anti Choline Oxidase antibody was used to detect Choline Oxidase. Samples of ~1 and 0.25 µg of purified Choline Oxidase per lane were run by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and reduced samples of purified Choline Oxidase contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Rockland Goat anti-Choline Oxidase (p/n 200-101-094, lot 5911) at 1:5K in (p/n MB-070) ON at 4C. Primary antibody was detected with Rockland Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti-Goat (p/n 605-743-125) at 1:10K for 1.5 hr RT in (p/n MB-070) and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system.
