Anti-DFF45 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 37 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of Rabbit anti-DFF45 antibody. Lane 1: HeLa cell lysate using anti-DFF45 antibody at 1 µg/mL (A). Lane 2: HeLa cell lysate using anti-DFF45 antibody at 2 µg/mL (B). Load: 35 µg per lane. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 36.5 kDa, 45 kDa for DFF45. Other band(s): DFF45 splice variants and isoforms.
