Anti-GAPDH Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 36 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western Blot of GAPDH antibody. Lane 1: HeLa cell lysate with GAPDH antibody at 1 µg/mL. Lane 2: HeLa cell lysate with GAPDH antibody at 2 µg/mL. Load: 35 µg per lane. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase chicken secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO overnight at 4C. Predicted/Observed size: 36 kDa, 39 kDa for GAPDH. Other band(s): GAPDH splice variants and isoforms.
