Anti-ITCH Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 103 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
Western blot analysis of ITCH. Load: 3T3 cell lysate. Primary Antibody: ITCH antibody at 1 µg/ml in (A) the absence and (B) the presence of blocking peptide.
