ELISA of Anti-H1N1 Neuraminidase. Coating Antigen: H1N1 Neuraminidase recombinant protein at 2 µg/mL incubated at 4 C overnight. Detection Primary antibody: Anti-H1N1 Neuraminidase antibody at 1:1000 ng/mL at RT for 1 hr. Secondary Primary antibody: Goat anti-rabbit at 1:10,000, incubated at RT for 1 hr.
Western Blot of Anti-H1N1 Neuraminidase.Load: 50ng (Lane 1) and 100ng (Lane 2) H1N1 Neuraminidase recombinant protein. Primary antibody: Anti-H1N1 NA antibody at 2 µg/mL for 1h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10,000 dilution.
