Immunohistochemistry results using rabbit anti-sheep IgG F(ab)2 HRP. Antigen retrieval was performed by heating the paraffin sections in an autoclave at 121C for 15 min. The paraffin sections were then treated with 10% normal sheep serum for staining against anti-human TSLP antibody. After several washes with PBS, the sections were stained with Peroxidase-conjugated affinity-purified anti-sheep IgG F(ab)2 secondary antibody (p/n 613-4304) for 1.5 h. The samples were treated with 0.3% H2O2 in cold methanol for 30 min. Finally, 0.1 mg/ml 3,3'-diaminobenzidine tetrahydrochloride was applied to sections for 10 min. The sections were counterstained with hematoxylin.
