Anti-Swine IgG F(c) Peroxidase conjugate has been tested by ELISA and is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoelectron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other antibody-based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot co
ELISA Results of Rabbit Anti-Swine IgG F(c) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated tested against purified Swine IgG F(c) HRP. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Swine IgG F(c) (p/n 014-0104) [Red Line] and Swine IgG (p/n 014-0102) [Green Line]. The working dilution of Swine IgG F(c) is 1:219,000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugate Stabilizer (p/n MB-076) and TMB substrate (p/n TMBE-1000).
