LDHA-IN-9 (Compound 1g) is an LDH-A inhibitor with an IC50 of 25 nM. It inhibits the proliferation of DLD-1 cells by inducing apoptosis, with a GI50 of 27 µM. In mouse models, LDHA-IN-9 exhibits antitumor activity without significant toxicity at a dose of 25 mg/kg.
