DDO-2728 is a selective pyrazolopyrimidine ALKBH5 inhibitor with an IC50 of 2.97 µM. It enhances the level of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells and exhibits antiproliferative activity in these cells. Additionally, it demonstrates antitumor efficacy in MV4-11 xenograft models.
