PD-M6 is an mTOR PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 4.8 µM, which facilitates the ubiquitination and degradation of mTOR. It inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell lines HeLa, MCF-7, and HepG2 with IC50 values of 11.3, 2.58, and 3.23 µM, respectively, and induces autophagy. Additionally, PD-M6 specifically targets the degradation of the key protein LAMTOR1 in the mTOR signaling pathway.
